I focus on providing quality, trauma-informed care for adults and emphasize how people can use their different physical, mental, spiritual, and cultural resources to aid in the healing process. When I work with people, I make sure to start where they are. Whether you know what next steps you want to take or are trying to figure out where to start, I am happy to help you identify what progress you want to make. I often utilize DBT and CBT (different types of therapy), along with some techniques from other therapies. I view myself as a guide that helps you navigate mental challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship and attachment issues, and trauma.
We do not always have control of what is going on around us, or our past circumstances, but we can learn how to propel ourselves forward.
Scheduling and Billing
Currently, I am offering telehealth and in-person appointments. I am a partner with Mindful Therapy Group, who handles the majority of my scheduling and billing. I am able to see people with Aetna, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Kaiser Permanente, Kaiser Permanente Northwest, Premera Blue Cross, Regence, United Healthcare, and United Healthcare EAP insurances.
